They don’t teach in real estate school what you need to know to be successful in the business!

The real estate industry does a lousy job of assisting most agents to effectively grow their businesses. In most states, the required license is not much more than a license to learn the business. Some “newbies” are lucky enough to connect with an experienced agent to help get started, and too few office managers do a remarkable job with coaching, training, and business development.

In addition to existing agents, most people trying to decide if a career in real estate is a good fit do not have the opportunity to talk candidly with someone about the pluses and minuses. Also, once you start writing a lot of business, time becomes a critical resource, along with a healthy work-life balance.

So, we have future agents, newer agents, and some experienced agents who might need help with the growth and development of their business.
