Dave Stenberg – DRE Coaching
Dave is the founder and owner of DRE Coaching.
He is a real estate professional with over 40 years of business operations and management experience in the development, marketing, brokerage, and disposition of residential real estate. Acquired skills include an in-depth knowledge of the legal, finance, construction, valuation, marketing, communication, investment, and zoning issues affecting the successful outcome of the intended parties.
His real estate career began in 1980 as the Director of Real Estate at Keystone Resort in Colorado. In this position, Dave was involved with the planning, development, and sale of properties at a world-class ski resort.
In 1985, Dave moved back to Massachusetts and accepted a brokerage management position with the Hunneman Real Estate Corporation on the South Shore and Cape Cod.
In 1990, he was recruited to become an asset manager and team leader at the Bank of New England/FDIC/DEPCO, involved with the management and disposition of bank-owned real estate (REO) throughout New England.
From 1997–2018, Dave worked at Hammond Residential Real Estate as a regional manager and partner responsible for operations in 4 Boston locations and a staff of 50. In 2016, with annual sales of $2 billion, he was actively involved with the sale of Hammond to NRT.
Dave is a licensed real estate broker in Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
